What is Writers' Room?

How do pupils join?
They go to sageteachers.com/join on any phone, tablet or laptop and type the 4-digit code from the board, or scan the QR code. Nothing to install and no accounts needed.
Can I use it for 1v1 or small groups?
Yes — pick 2 teams for a 1v1. Teams can be uneven: short teams wrap round so their first writer simply gets another turn.
Can I use my saved class list?
Yes — choose “Use a saved class” in setup and Writers' Room pre-assigns the teams from your class list. Pupils just tap their name to join — no typing.
Is Writers' Room free?
