Every class juggles a pile of usernames and passwords — Google Classroom, Times Tables Rock Stars, Seesaw, Scratch… and the children forget them, constantly. A login card puts every login one child needs on one card: hand them out, hole-punch and laminate them, stick them in the front of books. Print a second set for yourself and the inevitable lost card is sorted in seconds. What is a login card?

How do I make login cards for my whole class?
Add the apps your class uses, download the spreadsheet template, fill it in with your class list in Excel or Google Sheets, and upload it back. Every child gets a card, generated in seconds as one printable PDF.
Can I upload logins from Excel?
Yes — the template downloads as a real Excel file, and you can upload it straight back once it's filled in. CSV files work too, so Google Sheets and Numbers exports are fine.
Is it safe to type passwords into the page?
The cards are built entirely in your browser and your work is saved on your own device as you go, so a closed tab doesn't lose anything. Login details are only stored in your Sage Teachers account when you print with a saved class selected (the button becomes Print & Save) — so you can reload, edit and reprint them all year.
Why print two sets of login cards?
One set is handed out to the children; the second is the teacher's copy — kept in an envelope, a drawer or on a lanyard. When a card goes missing (one always does), the replacement is already printed.
